Acceptance of Terms. By using https://bladowlawnservices.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Bladow Lawn Services markets and arranges Residential Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Lawn Trimming, Weed Whacking, Driveway Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning, Walkway Cleaning, Residential Junk Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Bladow Lawn Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Bladow Lawn Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bladow Lawn Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bladow Lawn Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Bladow Lawn Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Bladow Lawn Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
Term Changes. Bladow Lawn Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
